If you use OrioSync through WhatsApp channels, this page explains how you can request deletion of your personal data.

Who can request deletion
Any person who has shared data with OrioSync through WhatsApp or the website can request deletion.
How to submit your request
Send an email to legal@oriosync.com with subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the WhatsApp phone number used with OrioSync plus the account or company name if available.
Identity verification
For security, we may ask you to confirm the request from the same WhatsApp number linked to your account before we proceed.
What we delete
Once verified, we delete WhatsApp conversation content, receipt images, and related personal metadata stored by OrioSync, except records we must retain to comply with legal obligations.
Response timeline
We confirm receipt of your request and complete deletion as soon as possible, typically within 30 days.
