When you message OrioSync, we process message content, media attachments, and metadata required to respond and validate receipts. Message delivery is provided through WhatsApp Business Platform infrastructure.

By initiating a conversation and sharing documents, you authorize OrioSync to process data needed for validation. You may stop messaging at any time and request data deletion.
